The transparent electrodes made by Viet Huong Nguyen, PhD at LMGP (Laboratory member of Carnot “Énergies du future”) and INES have been selected by Nanoart.

The transparent electrodes made by Viet Huong Nguyen, PhD at LMGP (Laboratory member of Carnot “Énergies du future”) and INES have been selected by Nanoart.

Viet Huong Nguyen is the winner for the Nanoart contest in February 2018. He is a PhD sudent working in collaboration between the LMGP and the CEA-INES. The subject is the elaboration of transparent electrodes for solar cells. To this end, he has developed innovative approaches such as the A-SALD process (Atmospheric Spatial ALD) or the integration of silver nanowires in the ZnO thin film.
