Uses of renewable energy
In France, the economic sector of the building is the most energy consuming (55 Mtoe, representing 44% of energy consumption). It is followed by the transport sector (50 Mtoe, so 32%) and industry (33 Mtoe, or 21%). To reduce the consumption of these activities must be integrated into the operation new production technologies and energy conversion. This is the challenge of research and technology listed below.
